All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.

For wholesale or bulk orders, please make sure your order meets the minimum quantity requirement before checkout.


Returns Policy

60-Day Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use

Free Returns

We offer free returns for eligible orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
